Privacy Policy

This is a plain-English summary of how we handle your data. The Ministries Free Academy is free, has no advertising, and does not sell or share user data with anyone. Effective: 2026.

Who can register

Only adults age 13 or older can create accounts. If you are registering on behalf of a child, you must be the child's parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create their own accounts.

What we collect from the account holder (the adult)

What we collect from learner profiles (children or other learners)

We do not collect the child's full name, address, phone number, date of birth, photograph, voice recording, geolocation, persistent advertising identifiers, or any other personally identifying information.

What we do with this data

We do not sell, rent, or share any of this data with third parties. There is no advertising. There are no third-party trackers.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all data tied to it — including all learner profiles and their progress — is permanently removed.

How to delete your data

Sign in, go to the Account page, and use the Delete My Account button. The deletion is immediate and removes the account, all learner profiles under it, and every record we keep (progress, mastery, attempts, diplomas).

If you have lost access to your account and provided a recovery email at signup, contact us using the Report an Issue form and we will help you regain access or delete the account on your request after confirming your identity using the email on file.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser localStorage to remember your sign-in session and your currently-selected learner profile. We do not use third-party cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

Where the data lives

All data is stored on a single server we control at school.ai-ministries.com. Backups are local to the server. No data is shipped to third-party cloud services.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act applies to U.S. operators that knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our design choice is to collect no personal information from children at all. Children do not register, do not provide their own information, and are represented only by a nickname and grade band chosen by their parent or guardian. Because we do not collect personal information from children, COPPA's verifiable-parental-consent requirement is not triggered. If you believe we have collected information from a child in error, contact us through the Report an Issue form and we will delete it immediately.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in any material way, we will note the change in the Corrections page and on the Welcome page for at least 60 days. The change history lives in the public source repository.
